Backstory

Lord Dagult Neverember is a noble member of the Neverember family. He is the Lord Protector of Neverwinter and a member of the Lords’ Alliance.

He has asked the party to rescue four missing citizens of Neverwinter (Eldon Keyward, Indrina Lamsensettle, Sarcelle Malinosh, and Umberto Noblin). He has offered each party member a fine house in Neverwinter if they are to recover the missing townspeople. He has also given them a letter to temporarily deputize the party.

When the party returns with Eldon Keyward, Lord Neverember asks the party to root out the rest of the cult from Neverwinter. He also lets the party pick out some abandoned homes as a reward for rescuing the nobles. Lord Neverember also pays for a small army of construction workers and renovators to restore the houses.
