Filch wandered into the mountains near Landro shortly after the Day of Mourning looking for their best friend, the warforged Mercy. The stress of the situation caused Filch’s into a comatose state. He stayed this way until Nyx woke him. He trusts that she will get him back to his friend Mercy.
